  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the tools in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
